Digital Products — No Returns
All NourishFirst products are digital downloads (ebooks, journal, and video content). Because you receive instant and permanent access to the full content upon purchase, digital products cannot be returned, and all sales are final.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the download or access has started.
Damaged Files, Access Problems, or Wrong Charges
Your purchase should always work as promised. If you experience any of the following, we will fix it:
- You cannot access or download your files
- A file is broken, incomplete, or will not open
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount
Contact us within 30 days at trynourishfirst@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will resolve it by fixing your access, replacing the files, or refunding any incorrect charge in full.
