Digital Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with NourishFirst. Here is everything you need to know about how and when you receive your order.

No Physical Shipping

All NourishFirst products are digital products (ebooks, PDFs, and video content). Nothing is physically shipped to you, and there are no shipping costs. Everything is delivered electronically.

Order Processing & Delivery

Your order is processed automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. Delivery is typically instant. Within a few minutes of completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided at checkout, containing access to your digital products via download link.

If your email has not arrived within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder first, as delivery emails occasionally end up there.

Delivery Costs

Digital delivery is always free. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay, plus any applicable taxes.

Accessing Your Products

Your download link gives you access to all files included in your purchase. We recommend downloading and saving your files to your own device promptly after purchase. We do not guarantee that download links will remain available indefinitely.

Free updates to your products (including new recipe videos) are delivered to the same email address used at purchase.

Wrong Email Address

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout, as this is where your products are delivered. If you notice a mistake or have not received your order, contact us as soon as possible at trynourishfirst@gmail.com with your order number, and we will redirect delivery to the correct address.

Delivery Issues

If your delivery email never arrives, your download link does not work, or a file is defective or incomplete, contact us at trynourishfirst@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend access or fix the issue.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by email providers, spam filters, incorrectly entered email addresses, or other events outside our control, but we will always help you get access to what you purchased.
